Firmware Update Instructions

1. Download Utility:
- Using a web browser on your regular computer, visit http://www.kocaso.com/firmware/ and select Firmware Tools.
- Download PhoenixSuit_EN.msi and  install this utility on your computer.

2. Download Image File:
- Go back to http://www.kocaso.com/firmware/ and click on the folder that matches your tablet model.
- Click on the file for your model tablet.  If there is more than one, match the serial number on the back of the tablet with the file Serial Number Checklist.txt.  If this file does not exist, this means one firmware package supports all model serial numbers. 
- Run the file to extract the image file to your system.

3. Perform Firmware Update:
- Launch PhoenixSuit on your system by double-clicking on the PhoenixSuit icon.
- Click Firmware button (it looks like an anchor) and select the extracted image file from above.
- Press power bottom 10 seconds to power off.
- Let go of the  the power keybutton  press any other bottoms and keep pressing.
- Connect the device to computer via USB cable.
- Press power key 5 to 10 times until you see a message about performing a mandatory format.  Click Yes.
- Let go of all the bottoms, the device will upgrade automatically.
